Velveyn, a priest of the Tidelord, acts as a healer for the clan. He will initiate dragons from other flights, blessing them with the power of withstanding the pressure and lack of air.

Secretive but kind, Velveyn is a rather quiet dragon, who would prefer to leave important decisions to his mate, Terwe, rather providing his counsel. The disappearance of the Tidelord and the more extended patrols of the Matriarch have forced him to take up the mantle of First Seer and de-facto leader of the Undrowned.

He grants the ability to breathe underwater as easily as a Water mage would.

Just a tap with his staff and a mumbled incantation will allow you to live in a clan that is hundreds of leagues from the surface. Despite the importance of his job, however, he will remain quiet during most of the clan meetings. But when he speaks, you had better listen.

If you ask for his help, he will always do what he can.

The Tidelord’s domain holds many secrets, and he knows most of them.
