ScarletThunder was born a union between a demon and dragon, a sort of strange merge of the two. Fearing she would be shunned and attacked, ScarletThunder was raised away from all of the other Dragons
She was kept in isolation and only allowed limited contact with a select few highly trusted members of Tempest's clan. She was given specialized instruction and forbidden from using her demonic powers for fear of tapping into something which might turn her evil. Her birth was kept a highly guarded secret and she was set to live out her life in isolation.

However this all changed when Lilith took over the clan. To protect her from being taken by Lilith, she was taken out of her isolation and recruited by the "Elemental Fighters." She fights alongside Malachite, Gavin, Lacy, Epsilon, and Light Chaser. it was assumed she would have a natural penchant for fighting or some kind of abilities due to her demonic half. However, due to her long time away from any other Draconic contact it took her far longer to learn how to fight, and even longer to eventually tap into her Demonic abilities. She is now a well respected fighter, and augments her strikes with infernal fire. Her greatest contribution to the team is actually how she was the one to bring them all together in the first place. She spends much of her time with the Element Fighters, usually acting as the voice of reason.

When she first joined the Elemental Fighters she did not get along with Malachite and the two often fought, coming to blows. Fighting alongside each other caused the two to become close and despite their constant arguing they became mates.
