Typhon walks in a way that suggests he's always on edge, but to ask him why is liable to lead to injury. It's rumored that he lived on the clan's land long before Xenith discovered it, but gossip about his past is heavily frowned upon. Few realize that their matriarch's quiet mate actually quite enjoys his followers' theorizing.

As a male in the clan he is subject to similar rules and duties to the rest of them. He hunts, gathers, and protects the hatchlings from harm. This can be a handful when the majority born of his mate can be nearly half his size upon hatching. Nevertheless, he accepts his responsibilities with fondness and acceptance.

While his peculiar appreciation for cuddling and physical affection confuses most of the clan, Xenith is extremely accepting of his quirks. Whether or not that's because she knows why he craves gentle, positive touch is up for debate. They just know Xenith's one true soft spot is for her mate.
