Biography

TRENT
The Fisherman

You arrive near a large lair built among high-rising corals and twisted stone columns, so high it looks almost like a palace from a fantasy novel. Though the entrance and the bridge to it are above-ground, you can tell a large part of the lair is built underwater. As you cross the bridge to reach the entrance, a large, muscled azure and lavender Tundra dragon leaps out of the ocean, splashing you with salt water. Seemingly unhindered by the weight of his sopping-wet fur, he flies to a tall, thick coral and sets down what appears to be a jawful of fish and crustaceans into it. You notice that the coral has windows built into it, and appears to be hollow and full of water.

The dragon dries himself off, then flies back towards you and lands just in front of you.
"I'm so sorry about that, I didn't intend to soak you like I did. Why don't you come in so we can dry you off?" Though he is perfectly dry, water still appears to be rolling off his fur - only now do you notice his ripple gene. You accept his offer and follow him along the bridge.

"So, who do I have the honour of speaking to?" he asks. You introduce yourself and tell him which flight you're from. "Nice to meet you, then! I'm Trent. I live in this lair alongside my mate Mariqueen, our human lair leader, and all the other dragons we've adopted. I have slight memory issues so I don't remember all their names... Mariqueen could tell you more about them, though."

You ask him about the hollow coral column he dropped the fish in. "Oh, that was actually my son Sascha's idea! He's taking cooking lessons from our resident chef, and suggested this as a way to keep seafood fresh until we eat it. It's worked out great so far! We have similar stashes for our other food sources, including a greenhouse coral where we grow plants for our herbivore dragons."

You arrive inside the lair and are welcomed by an elegant, beautifully decorated living room. Your eyes immediately move towards where a brightly-coloured Fae is sitting. "I brought a guest, Mariqueen!" the Tundra calls out.
