Ardmore

Ardmore (sometimes known by the Nickname Noroi) is a conductor for a strange ghost train that carries lost souls to a magical, yet elusive town somewhere along the Southern Ice fields. It is believed that only the dead can see the true magic and beauty of the city, which has sunken into a perpetual night. The town. nonetheless, exports an impressive albedo that can be seen from space, but not from the surrounding regions. Living witnesses, and spectators who did not enter via the ghost train, have often reported coming across a town that appears to have been abandoned and run down, but nobody can prove that it is the famed town of the wandering spirits.
