Biography
Ronald McDronald was once the beloved mascot and owner of the former popular restaurant franchise McDronalds™.
Ronald still likens himself to be an idol figure, but has taken a back seat from the restaurant industry to enjoy a quiet life of retirement after McDronalds closed their doors for good years ago.
Insisting he'd rather not be disturbed by old fans, Ronald has stated that he wants the past to remain the past, and he's rarely seen out of his idyllic cottage home in Wind.
No, he is not open to signing autographs. Sigh.
Despite the years being good to his face and his pockets, Ronald was struck by an illness that some theorize is what caused him to shutdown his business so abruptly. While he recovered with his life, the restaurant king pin lost the strength in his legs and became wheelchair bound. He's taken to covering his legs in fun and vibrant patterned blankets so that his face can be the main focus when conversing with others.
Though his personality has mellowed somewhat after the illness, the wealthy pearlcatcher assures he's still very much the whacky and zany individual he was recognized for in his youth, he's just learned to appreciate the simpler things in life...and perhaps earned a grain or two of patience along the way. In his spare time Ronald has taken up knitting blankets and running a small chicken farm for their eggs. He also has a prized hen that he enters in livestock competitions whenever it tickles his fancy.
As with all celebrities, rumors have a habit of rearing their nasty heads sometimes. The most recent musings are that Ronald never fully retired, and a single McDronald's™ building remains standing in Plague. It looks abandonded, run-down even, but is very much in use and very hard to find. The restaurant is said to welcome customers that most certainly did not end up there on purpose, but the menu is a bit more "mystery" than "meat". What's odd is that the employees are never seen exiting the establishment, and such could be said for a few of the customers, too.
The restaurant, while functional, is seemingly a front for some other unknown business or operation, and Ronald is at the head of it all.
Which is ridiculous, because Ronald is at home in Wind, living an idyllic life with his chickens.
Bought from PepperClove on 2/14/20 for 800g, with accent included. Regened, bio written, and leveled to 25 about a week later.
