Personality
He's like this floating pile of clothes offering you a nice watch in a dark, dank alley right on the corner of bad street and idea drive. He offers miracles and truth and his words aren't sweet or syrupy, but still manage to stick to the right dragons he's looking for. For a dragon that's heretical, he almost seems logical in his apparent mad defiance.

Much like Charon, he finds the recently deceased, but not in an active manner. Really, it's more like they find him, at least the ones that have unfinished business to attend to.

Heretical, he offers a deal that is a blatant blasphemy against the gods; rebirth. With a gift whose origin is not yet known, he has the ability to reform the dragons seeking him back into a nocturne hatchling. With their memories taken from them and added to his necklace, he leaves them with only their sole desire for rebirth as well as the agreement that he also takes their eyes in this next life.

It is uncertain what he does with the eyes, but it is said without any doubt that he takes them because he wants them to be born as his and without a flight to allege to. They are his children.

I actually named him after the 27 Tau star that makes up the constellation Taurus. Additionally, it reminds me of Atlas, the mythological figure.
