Axinite

Axinite is Jaden's quiet, gentle mate, who traveled the world with the help of a handful of Faes and two Snappers to find him again.

He is head over heels in love with him, and has been since they first met, but it did take him a while to trust that Jaden wouldn't yet again disappear in the middle of the night, something that had occurred once before when one of Jaden's potions reacted violently and had very nearly injured Axinite. He later discovered that the potion had been sabotaged by one of Jaden's rivals, but when Axinite sought him out to tell him, he was already gone.

Unlike Jaden, who traveled directly from Dragonhome to the Viridian Labyrinth, Axinite traveled through Dragonhome, cut through the outskirts of The Scarred Wasteland, crossed through Starfall Isles, flew to The Southern Icefield, crossed the ocean to reach the Windswept Plateau, flew over and swam through (and visited Jaden's original clan) the Sea of a Thousand Currents, traveled on foot across The Tangled Wood, and finally flew into and immediately got lost within The Viridian Labyrinth.
