~ History ~
Growing up as an orphan in the shadowlands, Moql had his share of the life of a rogue dragon, becoming a fairly renown fighter, but given to mischief and poetry. He met Zephyr and Zarya in the shadowlands as they were trying to find their way on their journey and decided to come with them, offer usually unsolicited but useful advice and help, and generally being a sort of uncle figure to the pair.
~ Personality Notes ~
Practically an uncle to everyone, but still incredibly young at heart. Bold, independent, mischeivous. A strong and confident presence. Can be somewhat brash and insensitive, and used to doing things his own way, but other times full of craftiness and finesse. He likes storytelling (which is prone to exaggeration) and music-making, and his favourite instrument is the chanter. He's pretty much done with the life of wooing females and feels a rather bit mentorly. He's quite skilled in many things, a jack of all trades, and doesn't like to admit he's wrong or beaten, but is also otherwise with those he grows close to, honest and tender - a side rarely seen in public.
~ At the Tree ~
He kind of thinks he's the best at everything, even though his skills are a little rough around the edges from being self-taught and honed in the wild. Despite that, he has a great deal of respect for the rybs Anuket and Terentia, particularly their practicality and deep experience. Otherwise he's pretty much his own person and hasn't changed much since arriving at the tree except for softening up some. He still tries to dispense wisdom and likes showing off and demonstrating "how it's done," which annoys some rybs but they grudgingly accept it due to the tree's general openness and respect for learning and sharing. Their opinion is that he would make a good ryb when he mellows down and actually refines his skills in any particular area. He keeps odd hours for eating and sleeping, and at mealtimes instead of tucking in can instead be heard lending music to the crowd. He gets along well with Aven, although quite older, and occasionally accompanies him to far-flung lands on trading and news-gathering quests. He's discovering a love for exploring.

Coyotl, an Ethereal trickster that has been around him since childhood in the tangled wood. It's Moql's spirit guide and esrtwhile companion of mischief-making.
~ Mateship ~
Moql is not paired with any dragon, and will probably never mate again, considering himself simultaneously too old and too young for that - younger dragons are more like children and young whippersnappers to him. He is happy to dispense advise to guide younger dragons on their journey through life, in between playing pranks on them.
