Vallen's egg was found not far from the edge of the border of the Starfall Isles during the time of Night of Nocturne. As such, she was completely raised by Clan Wicked Wings, but also because of this, many were confused by what her calling ended up being.

It's true that her element was of those from the Sea of a Thousand Currents, but living in the region ruled by the Arcanist, no one thought Vallen would end up forever bonded to her homeland. For in time it was discovered that she was the Voice of the Tidelord, a dragon who had a direct link to the Tidelord and would be able to speak out his prophecies.

Many, including Vallen, don't know what this will mean for her in the future, but so far she's just had to be careful when her prophetic fits occur so as not to scare any current clan members.
