Toolbox 		aUbsH7I.gif The engineer for the Burrows, Laputa is dedicated and prideful when it comes to his work. He often holes himself up in his lair space, tinkering with various things.

Laputa is generally very jolly and friendly to those who stop by and talk with him, and usually remains a friendly face in the lair. He greets each day with a smile and immerses himself in his work. However, he has his flaws. If a dragon touches or "insults" his works, he becomes angry and will snap at the dragon he deems the offender. He also becomes highly judgmental of other engineers, an underlying insecurity making him feel the need to tear who he deems rivals down.

The ridgeback, while flitting from one interesting research topic to another frequently, holds a consistent interest in artificial life and ancient civilizations. He likes to research golems, as well as ancient cultures and languages. He becomes almost childish when excited by his work.

He originally adopted his familiar for research and experimentation, but he quickly took a liking to her and named her Sprocket.. Sprocket now follows Laputa around the lair or rides on him when able.
