Overseer, the clan's lookout, processes the unique ability that comes from an ancient clan of water dragons, which grants him the power to see anything throughout Sornieth, but doing would render him blind for the duration that he casts the spell. However, after Diana's installations, Overseer's scouting abilities have only increased in strength, letting him see things much longer than he previously could.
Overseer is also in charge of guarding the clan's barrier, powered by three giant arcane crystals supplied by the clan's allies. Using them, the mages in the clan were able to devise up a dome that protects the clan from both physical, magical, and mental harm. He takes his job of guarding the crystals very seriously, with those coming close usually leaving after being roughly told off or being barraged by a torrent of breath-removing water.
