Desription
Her parents immediately abandoned Taylisz as she hatched, following the belief that dull colored coatls are cursed. Instead, Alitria took the responsibility in her upbringing, she looked after hatchlings for half of her life afterall. Alitria tried to raise her a happy and bright individual to prove to Mediean and Raywhim that she isn't bad, but Taylisz was always an odd hatchling, she ignored all Alitria's attempts to play with her and as she grew up she became more and more distant, she spoke less and showed barely any emotions. At first, Taylisz would try to interact with her parents & other coatls but as soon as she approached, the others would hiss at her and run away, eventually she gave up not only trying to talk to coatls, but any other dragon as well, she only spoke if she needed something.

Later in life she found interest in biology, anatomy, and in the end - medicine. She spend all of her time studying, always consumed by her books. Though her appeal for medical science was not "treating the sick" but rather learning about different disease and conditions.

Even though now she officially acts as a doctor, she cares little about curing her patients and more about testing the disease she finds and sometimes creates.

Due to Taylisz's constant experiments, an accident occurred and a fungal growth has began to spread on her back. Thanks to her knowledge, she was able to render the shrooms harmless and slow down their development, but there is no way of removing them and even though they aren't much of a problem now, in several years they might completely cover Taylisz's body.

Ever since she was infested with mushrooms, Taylisz has developed odd purple coloring in her once fully dark grey coat. The dragons around Aldreem Refuge began to spread rumors that Taylisz created those fungi on purpose in order to gain color and no longer be a "cursed coatl", whether that is true or not, no one knows. The coatl herself seems uninterested in neither the shrooms on her body nor the rumors about them.
