Iapetus

One of the few ridgebacks in her lair, Iapetus is fiercely proud of her position as one of her clan's primary warriors. Though she does not immediately appear so, she is also something of a witch - though she only dares dip her claws in the magic itself - much preferring knowledge of the arcane over its thoughtless use.

She has something of a temper, often presented more as quiet and unyielding rage. Against her enemies, she has preformed arts much darker than most ever should, despite her usual disinclination toward magics active wielding.

She has had some children in her time -

Atlas, her favored son.
Daphne, who took so much after her.
Thalden and Sorcerous, rashly joining the arcanist at only the very start of their days.
Skyhorse, always a stranger to her.


Orion is her primary partner, though no one quite understands why, as she never seems to care for him very much. Though not apparently loving, they have had several children together...
