Early Years
Glaucus is Sae's adopted child (I know he's also biological, but in lore he's not because I'm not about to have a dragon of mine mate with a shade infected corpse - physically and/or magically speaking) who was found drowning and bleeding to death from a gash from his neck as a newborn hatchling.

Instead of eating him, Sae extended his own sentient goo and used it as a permanent bandage to patch the wound, give him gills, and keep him alive. Now he's got a kid swimming around with him forever and....well, it's nice.

NOTES
Glaucus is named after a greek mythological Glaucus, who was turned into a prophetic sea-god after being given a herb and eating it. Really only named him for that part.
