Main Theme: Lost In Thoughts All Alone

______ The soft sound of rain knocked upon the windows, eager to enter the eerily quiet building, alight with dimly glowing candles that rested upon the walls. A gentle mother's laugh echoed throughout the interior, the soft cooing only heard by those close enough to the two Wildclaws hovering over their bundle of joy. Within a soft, blanketed cradle, lay a hatchling with eyes as bright a bolt of electricity. Curiosity and eagerness gleamed in the babe's eyes as he stared up at his two loving parents. (quick shout out to @holicuvu for the amazing gift of this dragon!)

______ As time went on, he grew to be an extraordinary child. Due to being rather sheltered by his parents and usually kept hidden away from the outside world, he had nothing to do but hone the skills required for the job he had been destined for, ever since he took his first gentle breath. They were to make him a peacekeeper, only meant to keep ties close with other clans, and nothing more. As his mind developed, he soon had a flurry of emotions color him. Was this what he was born for? His parents always called him talented and a genius of a hatchling, so why, why was it that his talents were being put to such poor use?

______ Determined to seek his true meaning, he ventured off into the night at the age of eleven, letting the road dotted with pebbles guide him to an unknown destination. As he traveled for hours on end, finally had something caught his attention. The sound of crashing waves, and a faint glow of bioluminescence coating the top of the waves. It reminded the Wildclaw of himself, the way the bright color compared against the darkness of the ocean. Intrigued, he began wading into the water, soon becoming submerged within the confines of the ocean. Panicking due to lack of air, he began flailing, the lure of unconsciousness creeping around the edges of his sight. Soon he succumbed to the whims of fate, unknowing of the future that lay ahead.

______ When he awoke, he was greeted by a male Guardian, a sky coloration to his body. As the memories of his last awakened thought hassled him, he jolted, gripping at throat before realizing that he could... breathe? Anuket looked up towards the sky, a twinkle of gratitude in his eyes. In his times of burying himself in his books, he had read that with dragons who wished to join the ocean's song of merriment, would sometimes be blessed with the gift to breathe beneath the waves. The sky Guardian introduced himself as Galyn, and inquired about his arrival here.

______ After a long conversation, he soon was offered refuge within the ocean's clans walls, and eagerly he agreed, thinking this may be the opportunity of a life time. Galyn took him in as a student, alongside his mate, a sweet gentle spiral who acted as a mother figure for the teenage years of his life. Galyn would teach him the ways of the water, along with encouraging him to follow whatever path his heart desired, which was all he could ever ask for. He continued to pursue his meaning, and despite all his hard effort, he never found it in his time within the water clan.

______ The time came to where he need a moment to breathe, so flying forth and up to the surface, he went, only to stop midway. Was that a dragon he saw? Flailing in the water? It reminded him of himself all those years ago... in fact, they even looked nearly identical to him! But the Wildclaw had a darker tint of runes decorating her body in comparison to his own. Darting after her, he snatched her up, flying up and beyond the surface. He had saved the mysterious look-a-like, but where was he supposed to put her? That's when a masked Imperial named Shigure shouted over to him caught his attention. Soon he learned that the two were travelers, crossing the oceans in search of adventures. He joined their merry band, and now they take up residence within the Arcane still searching for his destiny, while staying close to the sea he grew to love.
