Biography

Runescriber
A skilled mage who specialises in enchanting and disenchanting dragons, weapons and armor by enscribing runes upon them. He can enhance or weaken a dragon's physical traits and can even alter their appearance depending on the runes.

When enscribing, he enchants one of his claws before carefully clawing the rune marks into the thing he is enchanting. He uses his own blood to fill the indented marks if it is an inanimate object. On a dragon, the etched runes must be deep enough to draw blood from it, once the runes have been marked with blood, he cauterizes the blood with his candles to complete the enchantment process. Sealing the enchantment which gently glows when complete.

He is a cunning sales dragon that sells his services for high price, although his services are worth the cost. If he likes a dragon, he might even offer a huge discount or a sample enchant when he is feeling generous. If a customer ever regrets an enchantment, he is happy to disenchant or remove it for free.

He has enhanced his own physical prowess significantly and finds armor to be cumbersome. Preferring to hunt with his own claws and wear light robes that he has enchanted for protection. Dragons that think they can bully the pretty wildclaw into free enchants tend to leave scarred and bruised. If he really despises a dragon, he might even 'enchant' them with some form of disfigurement or weakness. He charges a special extra expensive curse removal fee if they ever show their faces. Some clans have tried to hire him as a mercenary but he prefers to stay out of direct militant affairs and remains a neutral party.

"Greetings! I am Silver the Runescriber, how may I assist you today my dear?
Could I interest you in a never dull blade? A nigh unbreakable shield? Perhaps some fresh colors for the new season? Please take your time to decide..."
