Biography
Goddess of Dusk
Sombrierre is not a physical member of the clan. Rather, a figure representing one half of the clan legend surrounding the Goddesses of Dusk and Dawn. Sol and Sombrierre- Two dragons who watch over the goings-on of the nighttime and the daytime.
They are bonded eternally, and live to watch over the land and its creatures. When they lay their nests, it is said, every offspring is sent forth to aid the deities indiscriminately, as the two goddesses watch over all dragons across the lands. Though, modern legend says that some of their children remain among common dragons for some time before moving on - some stories have even told of certain offspring avoiding their duties altogether.
It is said, due to their consistent depiction throughout the years as Skydancers- as opposed to Pearlcatchers or Imperials- that the Lightweaver and the Windsinger came forth together to birth the Goddesses of Dusk and Dawn, and gift them unto the world.
