From the moment Morgana hatched she was drawn to the supernatural elements of life. She was drawn to the power that radiated from gemstones. From the beginning she could gather the energy coming from gemstones with her antennae, and she found the tingling of the gems’ powers to be quite enjoyable. Instead of playing with her siblings or getting into trouble with them, she spent her time learning about the different types of gemstones and what kinds of power radiate from what gemstone. As she grew older she became all the more in tune with gems. It wasn’t long before she was able to actually read signs and omens from the gemstones that she gathered and kept in her nest. The gemstones tell her things, give her signs of what is to come. With this ability she is very much like her father, Harvest, who is a dragon that can read signs in the stars. But unlike her father she cannot read the stars, she can read the gems. Morgana even found a way to read a dragon’s possible future in the gems if they come to her and ask about their future.
Gem reading wasn’t the only thing that Morgana picked up on. She became close to her father, closer than her other siblings. One brother actually went to live with their mother while her sister and other brother went to serve Icewarden. Morgana decided to stay in her birth clan and pursue not only gem reading, but farming as well. Harvest was more than delighted to teach one of his hatchlings how to become a farmer. He taught his daughter all he knew, and when he felt she was ready, he gifted her with a creature that became her trusted familiar, a Crooked Hatchet. Harvest knew Morgana would be able to tame and handle the creature, and she did with ease. Now where ever Morgana goes, Omen goes with her. Omen is one of those things that Morgana holds close to her, just as close as her gem reading abilities and her skills of a farmer.

Morgana is a naturally superstitious dragoness. She believes in most, if not all, superstitions, especially those that involve around the Southern Icefields as she never really leaves her homeland. Every now and then she may leave and visit the Starfall Isles to visit with her mother and brother, and she is quite adamant about Arcane superstitions being real as well. When it comes to bad luck superstitions Morgana is quick to avoid whatever it is that will leave bad luck; she does many things that will give good luck if possible. There are even some gems that she will refuse to make a reading from unless it is a certain day or phase of the moon. She is also a very hard working dragon like her father. Nothing is left undone when she’s around. No matter what the task she will see to it that it gets done by the time the day is finished. She is thorough with her work and makes sure it is done in a timely manner while getting everything correct; she is also like this with her beliefs. She is rigorous in what she believes in, going over them thoroughly to make sure they make sense to her. She holds on to her ideas tightly, not letting any dragon tell her what she can and cannot believe in. Perhaps of her natural ability to read signs in gemstones, Morgana is a naturally insightful dragon. Being a Skydancer perhaps helps with this aspect of her personality as well. She can read into the actions and thoughts of others with ease, usually pinpointing exactly what a dragon wants without them saying exactly what it is. Morgana tends to see what a certain action will cause, but she is no future teller. She looks to her gems for answers and looks deep into her mind for answers, but she can only go so far when it comes to her readings and calculations.
