Koyuki is bonded with her friends by a very deep secret: there is a group of Bellum dragons conspiring to invade and overthrow the clan.
In other news, they are also their good friends.
Koyuki once lived with a secluded band of dragons in the Viridian Labyrinth dedicated to protecting nature. When the clan disbanded, she was left without a home, unaware of typical dragon culture and an outcast to boot- that is, until she was found by Natsumi when the Mirror dragon was on a patrol. Natsumi took Koyuki under her wing, teaching her what life in the outside Sornieth world was like and schooling her in the ways of typical dragonkind.
