37355.png Found as a small hatchling by Terrasia during one of her many errands, Julian was brought into Clan Windor and soon found himself under the care and tutelage of Bernard. Being raised by the clan's somewhat stuffy etiquette teacher, Julian became more interested in reading and other quiet activities than playing outside with the other children. Of course, the rougher games did look fun, but Bernard insisted that it was "unbecoming of a gentleman," so Julian just pushed it out of his mind.

It wasn't long before he met Anneliese, a dragon from the clan's orphanage. Despite her standing, the young dragon believed wholeheartedly that she could become a princess. Julian insisted on teaching her proper etiquette, as she clearly lacked the class necessary to become one. Through this meeting, the two children became best friends.
