Sanguine

Sanguine is an older dragon whose primary focus is on providing for the clan, although she does store pretty shiny crystals in her and Anemone's corner of the lair. Hailing from Ice flight, she is used to hoarding mania (although Anemone occasionally complains, her hoarding is actually quite tame compared to her old flightmates'!) as well as preparing heavily against harsh conditions. She brings in a large amount of the meat and seafood for the clan, arranging the daily deliveries with Xenotl. Although she thinks its frivolous, she respects the caring tundra and does her best to bring back foods he requests, as she knows it is often for presenting to dragons having a rough time in their clan.

Her mate is Anemone, whose scholarly ways and attention to style confuse her. However, she loves his gentle manner and his ability to weave thoughts into stories. She imagines that one day, when they're ready for their first clutch, he will tell his wonderous stories to their Arcane hatchlings (for everyone knows that the magical energies of Starfall Isles infuse eggs nested among the Arcane flight to give them the distinctive magenta eyes and curiousity) and fuel their lust for discovery as she keeps them safe and fed.
