Nekheula is a developing necromancer. Now, she can rescue dragons from the brink of death, making them healthy again with a single touch. In the future, she might be able to rescue dragons that have recently died.

However, her powers don't extend to all dragons - the secondborn of each gene isn't about to die, but pass on, meaning she can't keep them in this world. She can't stop Amedios's suffering, as it isn't going to cause his death. But this means she'll be incredibly useful if the end is going to be dangerous, so long as she can get to everyone soon enough...

It's also unknown whether she can save herself, but not even Pecora would suggest testing this.
