- former thief, it's where his skills are from
- born from a lone egg without anyone or anything
- a shadow egg within the light region, of course they would ignore him
- expected him to lying, sneaky thief and treated him that way - of course he became exactly that
- just roaming around, learned how to survive, but days were hard
- at some point famous for his doings in the light region and had to leave or might have gotten killed
- escaped to fire on route between lightning and water, tried not to be seen
- in fire some had heard of him already, though they did not recognize him
- he left again, in wind he came across a few ferries headed for ice
- he figured that would be far enough and just hopped on
- in ice no one new of him, but as it was the ice region life was way harsher there
- he had trouble even spotting any dragon or clan to steal from, always starved a few days before he finally found something to catch himself or someone to steal from
- surprise attacks of some beast clans he came across, barely escaped
- realized to late, but must have gone to far south where it gets even colder and there is nothing but snow and ice to be found
- he had no map, no information how to survive here
- starved half to death when he came across a hunter who was bringing home his quarry
- he didn't know why, but the dragon shared some of his meat with him and let him stay at the cave he was going to stay in as well
- he ate his fill and making it seem like small talk, he asked the dragon where he found all that, so the dragon gave him hints on how to survive here (cave locations, how to detect a coming snowstorm, what to do in a snowstorm, where to find prey and how to catch it)
- they talked only for a bit, because he then excused himself for being to tired to be awake anymore
- when the dragon fell asleep, he took a bag with some of the meat and ran off quitely

- the hints where helpful, he found a cave to stay at, near hunting grounds too, and stayed inside when he feared a snowstorm coming
- he was proud he made it, it was natural for him to find a way to survive
- he noticed after a few ...weeks, ...months, how long has it been actually?
- with no one around, in a place where you can even see others from afar, you really are alone
- in the light region, he did talk to them
- while running and they were angry, but he talked to them
- he couldn't remember when opened his mouth the last time, not to eat, but talk
- time was going by without anyone noticing, not even himself
- he could die here, like this

- this life wasn't fun
- he loved running around, feeling the sun on his hide, making people angry, seeing their reactions
- he was proud of his skills, it took him some time to develop them after all and he did it all alone
- he could do without anyone else, so why not now?
- thinking about all that, he took a seat on the edge of the cave looking outside at nothing but white and a few seemingly dead brown trees, when someone tapped his shoulder
- the dragon from long ago

- says he is bad at hiding and running, should have done better, had been stalking him for some time
- since he didn't move for some time, he assumed that this is the end of his journey (was hoping to find the group/clan he staying at and demand compensation)
- wonders if he is really alone and what he is doing here
- says he has no one
- offer to come to his clan, could actually have a life there and also pay him back for the meat he stole (funny tone, it was his favorite meat)
- agrees
- clan has difficulty accepting him (his skills, stole before)
- proves his skills are useful and he is at least somewhat trustworthy when finding lost hatchlings outside
- becomes temporary guard in city, greets people, is taking part in normal life again (/watching it)
