Personality: Sorrel is generally reserved and likes to keep to herself. However, she is also quite curious of the world around her and travels to other domains whenever she can. The Fae deeply enjoys listening to the stories told by her Clanmates and spends most of her free time around the scholars. Partially due to these stories, Sorrel is superstitious and aversive towards the supernatural. She can also be sensitive at times and is known to cry over minor incidents, but she is deeply motherly and is close with her loved ones.

Familiar: Stonewall the Venerable Shalebuck. Stonewall was previously owned by a Mirror who was well-known for his confrontations with the Sorexians and attempts to take their territory. However, after a battle ended up killing the Mirror, Stonewall was left without a dragon; instead of exiling the familiar, Lady showed mercy to Stonewall and allowed him to stay with Sorrel, the only one without a familiar at the time. Stonewall is currently pretty close with Sorrel, although the Fae is worried about his frequent attempts to confront other familiars and scuffle with them.

Reputation: Generally, Sorrel is a well-respected insect catcher and is trusted by Bambolina to bring back plenty of nutritious insects for the Clan. As the Clan's only Earth-affiliated dragon, she is seen as an oddity by her Clanmates; this can be a good or bad thing, depending on whom you ask. Sorrel is close with her adopted daughter, Quagmire, although the two have drifted since the latter came of age. She is also friendly with Himawari and does not mind the fact that he tends to linger around her, but it is unknown whether she is aware of his feelings for her. However, Sorrel does not get along with Hypatia, whom she sees as petty and overly arrogant; in turn, Hypatia dislikes Sorrel's sensitive attitude and refusal to appreciate the supernatural.

Backstory: Sorrel was hatched from an Unhatched Earth Egg that was found by Cecilia as she was traveling around Dragonhome. When Cecilia returned, Sorrel had already hatched, and Cecilia was obviously weary from having to take care of her for her first few days. As the Sorexians were still unused to dragons originating from unhatched eggs, they left Sorrel by herself to see how she would do. Luckily for them, Sorrel thrived and grew quickly. She expressed interest in her Clanmates' stories and identified as a Plagueling from a young age, even though her eyes indicated she was indeed from Dragonhome. After coming of age and becoming a gatherer, she befriended a Skydancer named Himawari, but the two were only acquaintances when Himawari suddenly had to leave with Danton to another Clan. During this time, Sorrel and Hypatia started feuding with each other after Sorrel expressed her fear of the spirits and deities Hypatia embraced. When Himawari and Danton returned to the Sorexians, Sorrel clung to the former, obviously weary with having to deal with Hypatia. Sorrel and Himawari soon became quite close, but Sorrel never expressed direct interest in starting a romance with him. The Fae adopted a Mirror hatchling whom she named Quagmire after the Clan found an Unhatched Plague Egg and raised her into adulthood; the two were initially close but have drifted apart since then, although Sorrel and Quagmire still maintain a close connection.
