Oscar - High King
A patriarch of the clan. Oscar was born in the Sunbeam Ruins, and when he met the Coatl Cloudtomb in his travels, he realized he had found his charge. The two traveled together, until Cloudtomb fell dangerously ill upon entering the Scarred Wasteland. Oscar began to build him a shelter, and enchanted it to protect and heal all who entered. Together, the pair maintain the lair, and rule and protect the dragons who live there
He has sired many young, but all of his children have left the family. He knows that this is simply the way of the world, and is not troubled by it. He is rarely troubled by anything
