Yue is cold-blooded, emotionless and impossible to approach. He keeps his priorities straight, and defends the justice at the Temple of Soul with his own body and soul. As a Judge, he uses his magic to detect lies and to punish guilty dragons. Yue's powers are not really sorcery, but the instincts he was born with. Despite his gentle appearance, he is cruel and problematic, always focused on his duty, which he prefers to carry at night mostly.
Yue arrived upon Wingless' call and never intended to stay for long, but the amount of crimes and injustice at the Temple of Soul made him settle down here for now. Rarely he pairs with Bullet to solve difficult causes, since she has pretty nice perception and physical strength, combined with sharp sense of responsibility, and was solving causes long before Yue appeared. Yue is unsure about his attitude towards Bullet, but at least she 'doesn't irritates him much'. Of course he never even tries to speak softly to her.
