A near-unfazeable man who maintains his vast mansion on the border of Shadow and Water territory.

In his younger years, he roamed the world in search of adventure and artifacts, his family fortune ensuring he always was well-equipped - and protected - no matter where he went.

He procured the rarest of art pieces, the most exotic of spices, and the finest of weaponry. Some he resold to build his own fortune, and some he kept to furnish the lavish home he had built on the edge of the Driftwood Drag.

When he grew weary of his travels, he settled within the luxurious fortress he'd created.

For years, he lived with only his familiar and waitstaff to keep him company,

but someone was bound to be attracted to such a prosperous place eventually...

He was both bewildered and enchanted by Euphorium when he first saw the skydancer standing on his doorstep, shivering with only silks to guard from the winter's cold, but eyes burning with determination and certainty.

It wasn't long before he was wrapped around the oracle's finger, giving both them and their son free reign of his expansive property and vowing to help them both however he could.

It was so easy to believe Euphorium's predictions and insistence that this was how things were to be, how they should be, that he never for a moment felt any doubt in his decision to aid them - even after his savings dropped by half.

He still had so much, after all.

He would never forget how they went from knowing they could trust him, as they could see it, to knowing they could trust him, as they felt it wholeheartedly.
