20119.png Kiana was a fighter right out of the egg. When she was brought along on her parents' missions to learn the ropes, she was often in trouble. The hatchling tried everything from bringing her mother the crystals that contained her exorcist magic, to even going up against the emperors! But Kamehla and Kyani couldn't get her to stay home no matter how hard they tried. And so, knowing she was too reckless for the battlefield, instead taught Kiana another way she could help the crusade.
Kyani taught Kiana how to channel her aggressive energy into crystal-making. Unlike her older brother she had no talent for jewelsmithing, so she only sold the gems themselves. While her primary customers are other faes, with their low capability of containing magic, she has customers of all kinds. Her biggest customer was an Imperial, whose so-called 'diety-scorned' status left him unable to produce his own magic. The bigger the dragon, the longer the job. 15113.png
12944.png Her most difficult jobs, however, are when a dragon asks not just for neutral magic, but a specific elemental type. "I wish dragons would figure out how versatile nature is. It's not just poison. There's everything from egg control to chemical burns to sleep aids. It doesn't have to be fighting. Need to restrain someone? Boom, nature. I make it anyways, but its so obvious using fire or lightning in a fight to protect yourself. Only thing I won't touch is arcane magic. I'm not touching that with a ten foot pole."
