Rangar is a mechanical whizz. He can invent anything, well, almost anything, you ask. Though being shadow, Ragnar has devoted himself to the Stormcatcher, and finding a way to make robotic wings for snappers, so they can feel the joy of flight. He's spent so mush of his time in his lab, he has a slight problem seeing far away.
