HISTORY
Snowsinger was born in the depths of winter to a nomadic clan. Growing up she had no place to call home, and never felt secure. When she reached adulthood she became a scout for the clan, tasked with finding safe shelter to stop for the night.
It was Snowsinger who found the caves under Crackle hills. Her clan was traveling around the outskirts of the Lightning flight territory, and only intended on staying for the night. But a bad storm was brewing, so Snowsinger put extra effort into finding shelter that could keep them warm and dry for several days. When she first discovered the cave entrance, she thought it would only be just big enough for their small group. While the clan settled into the cave, Snowsinger explored the narrow back passage. What she discovered over the three days the storm brewed was a massive system of almost too small tunnels and massive caverns. She could see that it would take work, but it had the possiblity to be a great and successful lair.
She tried to convince the leader to stay. But he was a stubborn old coward, and refused to stay within the borders of the lightning flight any longer. Snowsinger insisted that she was staying, and that any who wished could join her. It was only a few members, mostly very young or sick dragons. But it was a start. Snowsinger started the Crackle hill clan that day, and still leads it as queen now.

TRIVIA
- Snowsinger still yearns to use her scouting skills, but must remain within the clan's boundaries to maintain order.
- Snowsinger originally lead a council of founding clan members, but over time she became the last remaining member of the old guard, and the newer members proclaimed her queen.
- Snowsinger is not particularly good at being a loving mother, but she tries her hardest to ensure her offspring receive the best care, training and support possible. Its not that she doesnt love or like her offspring, she just has no idea how to express herself. Her relationship with them tends to improve after the reach adulthood.

Snowsinger has no idea where her parents are now. Her father was a wanderer who joined the migrant clan, bred with her mother, and left when Snowsinger was only a hatchling. Snowsinger's mother is the daughter of the migrant clan leader.
Both parents resemble Snowsinger before she used genetic scrolls to help express her genetics differently, but the hidden genes are there.

Past Mates

Earthmirror was Snowsinger’s first mate. He was also a scout in their mutual birth clan, and stayed with Snowsinger to make a clan. They two have three offspring together, although all of them have chosen to join the exalted ranks of the Stormcatcher. Earthmirror and Snowsinger never had love between them, only good friendship. Their offspring together are the result of loneliness and a need for comfort. They are still friends, and there is no pain involved in their separation.
Snowsinger's Second mate was Snowfire, a genius inventor who's inventions were vital in the early years of their clan. Snowfire's agreement to join the clan involved a mateship with Snowsinger, which lasted only a few seasons before he moved on to another female. He eventually left the clan again with his mate and children, lured away again with offers of riches and young beauties as secondary mates to provide his inventions to others.
Legionnaire was Snowsinger's third mate. He was a military strategist, and his leadership was vital at a time when the clan was under siege by bandits and rival wild clans. The two share four children, though all left the clan to pursue their own interests upon adulthood. After a few years of peacetime Legionnaire left the clan to assist a distant relative in their own wars.
