ORIGINS As a hatchling, he hid in the Great Coral Reef's gear when they were packing up to leave the Sunbeam Ruins and return to their beloved home in the Sea of a Thousand Currents. (See story below) CHARGE • Undertow's Charge is his precious Tidelord plushie. The only constant while he was growing up. • He is never without it, but he doesn't want other dragons see him carrying around a stuffed animal, so he carries it hidden in a hollowed out book. NOTES Adventerous, cheeky, stubborn and independent. Fav Foods:

Hello! Come and join me. Don't you just love the beach at night? It is my favorite place in all of Sornieth. I like to camp out here when the weather is good. There is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. If you'd like, you can stay and enjoy the bonfire and explore more in the morning. Or you can just hang out for a little while and then get back to exploring tonight.
 Stay Until Morning It is so beautiful here on the beach with the bonfire and the crashing waves. I think sleeping under the stars sounds positively relaxing! |

"What's life without adventure?"
“Keep an open mind and heart young one.” Those were the last words of one of the elders of his birth clan before they sent him off as a hatchling to join a new clan located in the Southern Icefields. That’s easier said and done when you are not distracted by preventing your butt from turning into an ice cube, as he realized early on. But the dragons there were nice enough to take pity on him and even complied with his wish not to be sent back home. That would have been too much of a blow to the young ones pride.
So one of them took him to the traders market where they met a messenger from a Shadow clan that was preparing to head back to the Tangled Wood. At the question if he was willing to take care of the young Guardian, the unfamiliar Spiral answered with a drawled “Sure” and a crooked grin. For some reason unknown to Undertow, they stopped someplace in the border area of the Sunbeam Ruins. He was supposed to stay put, without making a ruckus, in a small hideout, and wait for the older dragon to return.
But time went by without any sign of his new keeper returning, and growing more agitated by the second, he decided to search for him. Feeling lonely and abandoned, he welcomed the faint sounds of dragons not very far away. He was still young after all. So he crawled closer, with his tail tight around his Tidelord plushie. His eyes widened in joy when he recognized the strangers as a group of water dragons packing up their camp. He wanted to approach them right away, but what if they decided to find that strange Spiral instead of taking him back to the Sea of a Thousand Currents, where he longed to return?
Luck stayed in his favor and he spotted an unsupervised big basket, almost next to his hiding place. Even better, its scent suggested that it was filled with fish that would hide his presence. He waited for the right moment to slip into the basket and didn't hesitate for a second when his chance arrived. Actually, he had to admit to himself, laying with his fast beating heart in the semi-dakness of his hideout, that he enjoyed the thrill of the moment immensely. I wonder what's next?
