“Aaah,” a mysterious voice says from the darkness, “Your fate is clouded and mysterious, with great pain further down the road, but perhaps if you step inside for a moment I can explain a little more.” A small Gloomwillow Guide flies around as the shadowy Coatl emerges from the darkness.

Quiyahuatl, or Quiya/Storm for short, is the clan’s mystic and fortune-teller, relying on magics and illusion tricks to not only put on a show, but to give the asker an accurate reading. Many dragons, not only from her own clan, have come to her for guidance and assistance while still she remains a mysterious figure. Her Gloomwillow companion enhances her seeing abilities and provides her company when no clients come to her. She has seen many faces, and therefore has many stories to tell each twisted with a little foreshadowing of their fate.

Her dark and gloomy appearance is quite different than her actual personality. While mysterious, Quiya also has a frivolous and intelligent attitude when it comes to personal matters. When dealing with clients she is very professional and business like, while retaining hints of her personal attitude.
