Keith is Shiro's closest and best friend. They grew up together and when Shiro was taken into Zarkon's lair to fight in the arena, Keith was left behind. He never gave up finding his old friend again, though, and as soon as he spotted him... he joined him.

He is younger than Shiro and more impulsive. He is the quickest of the entire lair and does train himself hard to become an even better fighter. He sometimes has problems warming up with the other dragons of the lair, as he is somewhat of a loner. He still tries his best to get along with the others of Team Voltron and slowly warms up to them...
