Leading Clan Artist and Beautician

A rather uniquely fashionable Wildclaw is pondering over some still-lifes, her Dodo familiar busying itself mixing some vibrant pigments together. Her crest flares excitedly when she smells your presence.
"Ah! A customer! Oh wait, pardon me- a visitor. Sorry about the outburst, it's just so rare for The Cusp to see any visitors, us being a fresh lair and whatnot. Please, do come in! Wiselda and I were just finishing up some fresh paints before you arrived."
Her cavern was bedrazzled in sparkling glass chimes, so lit by the glowyrms that blipped softly to themselves in a prism of colours. A soft air current wafted through some distant hole, leaving a permanent pastel melody drifting in the walls and air, each note never the same and never in a repeating pattern. On a single wall face was a textured mural, painted over so much in certain areas that it gave depth to the junglely landscape.
"It's from the Shrieking Wilds. Thanks to the help of my mate, Knockout, I've been able to travel the continent and see wonderful things that only a vagabond like yourself have been blessed to see. I felt it my duty to transcribe the views into tangible objects, some in the forms of paintings, sculpture, or jewelry. It's a great gift I have been endowed with." She smiles cheerfully.
You return the smile back, and say that you were just looking.
"Ah well, thank you for coming by! Let me know if you're ever needing a portrait painted or jewelry crafted; I'm your go-to dragon for the job!"
You nod, giving the she-dragon a small sum, and head back out to the main cavern. Maybe there was more to the lair you could explore...?

B I O G R A P H Y

Along with Rarity and occasionally Knockout, Iluri works hard to keep the clan up to date with the latest trends to the best of her ability. She specialises in painting claws and touching up scales, hides and furs. She does most of the dirty work when it comes to gathering supplies and currency, leaving the numbers and creativity to Rarity. She sees the beauty in all creatures, big or small, ugly or pretty, pure or evil.
She met her familiar, Wiselda, on a hunting trip. Wiselda was meant to be killed for her down feathers, but when the familiar expressed interests to Iluri's paintings, Iluri refused to lay a claw on the bird. Wiselda now resides as a lasting friend to Iluri, helping her with swatches and mixing different paints.
She met Knockout on a gathering trip for some seashells, as they are great for white paints. Knockout was beaten and bruised, and wholly unconscious. All he wore were iron bracelets etched with the Lightning runes of the word 'Exile.' Not wanting to leave him be, she summoned Undyne and Jasper to help her carry him back to the clan. With Pablo's permission, Knockout was allowed to reside in the clan until he regained consciousness and decided on his own. Iluri stayed with him for days, preening his feathers and tending to his wounds, bothering Crimsonite the whole time.
When he woke, it was revealed that he was framed for murder and had a bounty on his head. For him, it was either the bounty and exile, or immediate execution. He took his chances and ran. Before he was found by Iluri, he was jumped by some Mirror bounty hunters, who branded his exile, leaving him for dead on the coast. He made the decision to stay with the clan at the cost of serving as its architect. Iluri has formed a close bond with Knockout, claiming that it was perhaps "love at first sight." They both maintain a healthy relationship, him helping Iluri on her supply quests, and Iluri aiding Knockout preserve his alternate public identity. To honour him, she keeps bands around her own wrists and ankles, etched with the Arcane runes for "forever."
Her most prized possessions are Engaging Still Lifes, Basilisk Feather Fans and Purple Sludges.
