Journalist
Working both in and out of the Clan, they make treasure through freelancing and writing articles on command. Nothing special, but at least nifty with a quill. History Leana was born in the Hollowsong Clan and has never left it. She stays loyal, despite her frequent travels. However, since her birth, Leana has had certain insecurities that she prefers to throw onto other dragons. She despised her colouration - which is strikingly important in the world of Sornieth. Colours decide your value, colours decide your likeability, and colours decide your compatibility. Unhappy with this, Leana immediately took to a set of armour as soon as she was old enough, decorating herself with things that she thinks other dragons find beautiful. She has lived like this since she turned of age, and has no issues with her very well-developed facade, as she picks on others to relieve herself of her vulnerabilities. Personality Leana expects herself to be beautiful, dashing - absolutely flawless, yet to her, she isn't. Her colours are dark and unnoticeable, and she believes they may deter many, as her palette is usually aligned with the Shade. Her father is remarkably handsome, her mother bewitching, yet she is a disappointment. She hates her parents, as well as herself. She takes out her vulnerabilities on other dragons in a variety of ways. This can range to verbal abuse revolving around familiar or apparel selection, or colouring, to plucking out a few feathers while her victim is asleep. Though cynical in this way (and Leana is aware this is not acceptable), the skydancer somehow manages to keep her innocent, bubbly and somewhat cheeky facade to match her shining armour to hide her interior. She usually keeps her verbal abuse within the Clan, and is quick-minded when it comes to pandering. Because of her understanding of others, as well as her own issues and skills, Leana took up journalism to help take her mind off of things. Leana strokes her own ego in an attempt to soothe herself, but all she needs is a little bit of approval from others to feel better. (But how will anyone know if she hides?) Relations Leana doesn't do relationships. She spends her time cooped up by herself criticising others to make herself feel better. That, or she's out and about Sornieth doing freelance work. She only mated for the sake of not being bothered, as the Clan will constantly look to find 'the one' for unmated dragons. Marshall doesn't mind that she doesn't care for him, fortunately.
