A gentle serene wind picks up, carrying both a sweet scent and you to a small clearing away from the main clan. Hidden amongst the starwood strand there is a place only those of true Arcane nature may find it. As you enter the clearing you discover that one such dragon already has.
Lunalis, the leaders call him. Adorned in shimmering pink silks he sits here in his off time, watching the sky. His eyes shine and twinkle like the stars in the sky and his hide reminsicent of some far off moon. One might think him a nocturne the way he mimics the night sky.

Lunalis is a strange one, a war general working for Glory to help her protect the clan, yet he himself is a pacifist; refusing to fight in the battles he helped plan. Depite this he is a competant mage, using his magic around the clan and during his down time, being mostly skilled in telekenisis and arcane illusion magic. Prefering to daze and confuse his enemies rather then fight. Despite this, if forced he is quite the skilled fighter.
Continuing with the strange. After a meteor shower one night Lunalis showed up in the clan, offering his skills to the Guardian leaders. Unsure where he came from or why the leaders put him under some serious scrutiny, until they found he had no idea where he came from either. Attributing his appearence to the Arcanist they two invited him to the clan fully and set him up with a job in the guard. It wasn't long before he proved his abilities to Glory who elevated him to the Council of Arcadia, making him one of the advisors for the duo. Occasionally he disappears. For hours at a time, no one can seem to find him. There are many rumors surrounding where he goes but the real answer is much simplier then the outlandish falsities spread. He simply doesn't want to be found. He makes his way through the Starwood Strand and to a clearing where he can see the night sky perfectly. He is drawn to it, feeling a pull toward it like that of a Guardian to its charge. He sits for hours, unmoving, unblinking, just watching. His heart flutters at the sight of shooting stars. He truly is a gift from the cosmos.
