TartNTiny is likely the shortest dragon you've ever met, though he'd thank you not to talk about it. Whether "TartNTiny" is his given name or just a cruel nickname, no one can say. In the Thieves Guild, no one really cares about exactly who you are.

TartNTiny is the marine sector information specialist. That is, he works as a spymaster for the pirates. Believe it or not, he does command his own ship, a sloop that he has dubbed "Tidelord's Grace". He's not even on board half the time; rather he has smuggled himself onto some ship or other to do a bit of eavesdropping with a side of pickpocketing.

While his speech is as toneless as most fae, his crests and words generally imply thinly veiled irritation and scorn towards most dragons that he interacts with. TartNTiny's mind is sharp enough to make up for his physical size, and he generally finds that it is wasted on ordinary talk. He prefers to communicate through writing, though his writing is just as difficult and small as he is.
