Description
Right hand man of Ix, organizer of public events and private executions. He will use his position to climb the social ladder and crush anybody who opposes his chosen cause.
Appears fully passionate to the public, but to those who socialize with him outside of business will find him absentminded and distant.
Relationships
Essentially Ix's PR and secretary, he is hopelessly drawn to her enigmatic personality and allows himself to be her trophy mate. Though unsure if he is in love with her, Ian is certainly attached to her in every aspect of his life.
Rescued his son, Runner, from Ix to hide him away in the wastelands, only to find him gone when he returned. He mourns him as lost to some predator and blames himself for not doing more when he had the chance. He now makes sure that the hatchlings are well taken care of before being exalted, not wanting them to suffer in the wastes the way he assumes Runner did.
