Biography
Undertow is a talented mage who uses her innate earth magics to shape sturdy defenses and natural lairs in the clan's territory. From time to time, she's also tasked with escorting hunting or negotiating parties to ensure they return in one piece.
Her lair is, rather than the spun-sap structure common to her breed, a hollow bubble of thick stone securely attached to the ceiling of the common-area cave that used to be a ridgeback's den. She doesn't seem to mind the occasional noise from dragons meeting below it, though sometimes the scratching of her claws against her lair's walls can be a nuisance to said parties. Like Rhydwen, she hoards smooth pebbles to line the floor of her den and provide a slightly more malleable bed on which to rest. In particular, she tends to collect Foo's Eye and other banded orange gemstones, as she likes the way light refracts warmly on her den walls when it hits the stones.
Though she and Elderyth do not seem committed to one another, they do enjoy one another's company, and the two can often be found talking over meals. The two have produced a few clutches together, but the vast majority of them have been sent to more militaristic clans for training into more involved flight roles.
