lightv2.png A bright and energetic young spiral who, despite how easily distracted and immature she seems, is a surprisingly talented magic user. She frequently takes long flights to work off her energy. Unfortunately, Flicker doesn't have a very good sense of direction and can frequently become lost, which is how she ended up in Murkyheart's clan to begin with. She came upon the clan quite by accident as a very young dragon who had only just learned to fly, and in her excitement she'd flown so far she'd become very lost. She crash landed on the edge of the clans gardens exhausted and hungry and was taken in. She is the only light dragon in her home, so much of her personal magic had to be self taught. However she learned to use magic to decorate the garden with beautiful light and has even found ways to imbue certain plants with glow-in-the-dark properties, which has become very welcome in her normally dark home considering clouds frequently cover the sun. This is unfortunately also something that has become somewhat of a problem for Flicker. Flicker, although thankful for her home, can sometimes get restless and depressed by the lack of light in the Ashfall Waste. She still enjoys taking long expeditions to other places to refresh herself, although nowadays she is usually accompanied by another dragon. Even when she's home, the dragons in her clan have found it's best to make sure she has someone with her so she doesn't accidentally hurt herself in her frequent excitement. Tragically, Flicker has found sometimes her body can't keep up with her energetic life style. She has a been of a respiratory issue that is aggravated by the smoke and ash, as well as physical overexertion. Thankfully, the air around her clans little home is purified by the abundance of nature dragons and their magic, so it's not a problem there, but she can't travel far into the wastes, or spend too much time around the clans blacksmiths when they're working without falling into coughing fits. Her asthma can also sometimes be triggered when she works herself for too long without rest, which is something she somehow manages to forget, hence why her clanmates find it's best to keep an escort with her to remind her to slow down every now and again. lightv2.png

Sparklingflame was her first friend in the lair. He seems very interested in her light magic and she enjoys attempting to teach him a few things (even if it's often unsuccessful.)

Firebug is the only dragon who can match her energy level, and she is also frequently Flicker's expedition partner.
