For this little dragon his start on life was somewhat shaky. While his egg was a nature egg, he was actually hatched and raised in the lands of the Flamecaller. Before he was hatched, a rival clan attacked the clan Galloway’s parents lived with. Many dragons died that day - luckily Galloway’s mother made it out, but she was terribly wounded. Knowing she didn’t have much time left, she fled as fast as she could to where her sister, a Coatl known as Armistice, lived. Right as she brought her egg to her sister, the dragon died, but she at least died knowing that she had one child that would be okay.
Armistice made sure that her nephew was well taken care of. The moment the little Fae hatched Armistice did her best to mother the little hatchling; she had never been much of the mothering type, but she did her best and Galloway managed to turn out just fine. Luckily the young Fae took a liking to Armistice’s occupation as a blacksmith and the Coatl taught him all she knew. Galloway learned at a relatively normal pace, but once he got the hang of it all, he was quite the blacksmith.
Once he grew older he made his own forge; he didn’t live just too far away from his aunt, but he was living on his own for the most part. While on his own he grew to enjoy teaching young dragons in the nearby area how to fly when they came to visit his forge as curious hatchlings often would.
Doing this for a few years gained him the title of being a sort of flight instructor for young dragons just learning how to fly; many neighboring dragons grew to like this aspect of Galloway, saying how he would work great in an actual clan or be an amazing father. Galloway merely pushed this talk away. Until a Guardian and her familiar found him.
Her name was Kimba. She came bearing the awful news that Armistice had died - Galloway had not been all that surprised as he had known his aunt was growing older, but he had not been around in so long that he had not known she had trained another apprentice, an apprentice that Galloway instantly felt a connection to. The two grew closer over time, so close, in fact, that Galloway was willing to leave his forge and go on a journey with Kimba to find her charge. So off they went.
The two dragons and one familiar traveled far and wide in search of Kimba’s charge. During one of their stays in the Windswept Plateau, Galloway was out grabbing a quick snack of insects. This was when he ran into a Bluetail Skira, the creature seeming to mind its own business all the while eyeing Galloway as if he was nothing more than a snack. The little dragon quickly taught the Skira a lesson - he didn’t exactly fight the creature, but he managed to gain the Bluetail Skira’s admiration. Together the two went back to where Kimba and Cinder were, the Fae and Skira never leaving one another’s sight.
While it was a hard choice to make, Galloway and Kimba, who were practically mates by this time, decided to head to the Southern Icefields. It was the only place in which they had not checked for Kimba’s charge. They hadn’t been there long before they came across a large Guardian known as Vetus. She allowed the two and their familiars to stay in her clan for some time; Kimba actually found her charge there and the two dragons managed to actually find a connection with the Skylight clan. Able to make a well-made forge, Galloway and Kimba decided to permanently join the Skylight clan. Galloway now serves as the clan’s blacksmith alongside his mate, but he also serves as a flight instructor for hatchlings learning how to fly.

Galloway is a Fae of random ideas. He is very spontaneous, going along with any random thought that comes to his mind and he deems it as interesting or a good idea. This can easily make him come off as brash, and while he isn’t exactly that, he very well does seem like it for the most part; luckily he has Kimba there to make sure he doesn’t do anything that is just too over the top or stupid. Galloway is a very creative dragon despite his erratic and spontaneous nature. He easily comes up with new ideas and new ways on how to create certain weapons or items. He even comes up with new and easier ways on how to make something. He can come up with new ideas practically right on the spot, and he hardly ever runs out of ideas, so he and Kimba are usually always up to something in-between training and watching over their hatchlings and familiars. While Galloway is an overall friendly dragon, he can sport a sharp tongue. There are times when a dragon will just pester him one times too many and he will snap. He typically does not want any other dragon messing around with his stuff unless it is Kimba, and when somebody is snooping around his stuff or causing him to become distracted while working, he will show off his hot-tempered self. Other than that Galloway is a pretty chill dragon, always ready to come up with new ideas and always ready to help out when he can.
