  A B O U T
Sweetbriar has a hundred responsibilities, carrying a much larger workload than any dragon would hazard to guess. Her job description includes keeping meticulous records of the clan treasure stores, cataloguing the inventory of valuables, arranging meetings with the leadership of other clans, organizing any special events, and anything else that the leader asks her.

She is incredibly perceptive, as once glance could tell her if even a single coin is missing from the clan stores. Nevertheless, she keeps immaculate and consistently updates records should her memory fail her -- though to date it never has.

The constant running around often leaves her exhausted at the end of the day. Other dragons wonder how she manages to keep up such a relentless pace, though she has neither the time nor the patience to explain. This also means that she doesn’t have the time or patience to maintain personal relationships, though the somewhat recent appearance of a dragon who seems to be her long-lost niece has forced her to re-evaluate her priorities.

  H I S T O R Y
Sweetbriar was born into a Light flight clan that favored honesty, as most Light-aligned clans are wont to do. However, even they were not prepared for a hatchling with such an uncannily keen sense for divining the truth, able to instantly recognize even the smallest of lies.

When she was young, she would publicly accuse liars of their misdeeds. It was not done maliciously of course, rather out of the belief that she was adhering to the teachings of the Light. Unfortunately, regardless of her intentions, the attitude most dragons held toward her rapidly soured. No dragon likes to have every one of their sins laid bare, after all.

Though she learned to temper the habit with age, many dragons in her birth clan avoided her. She sought out a clan several flights away, initially taking a position as a treasurer.

Her role has only grown over the years, and, as she has become more comfortable in the clan, she has even begun using her talent once more. She will discreetly warn the clan leader of any visitors who are too far shrouded in falsehoods to be trustworthy.
