- The Sanctuary is primarily funded by the Arcanist's own donations, as the facility exists only because of His own interest in its continued functions.

- Publicly, the Sanctuary trades with other clans to get other goods. Travelers that stop to rest also bring gold and goods with them to trade.

- Although the facility was not originally intended to function as a rest stop, its location makes it cruel to turn away weary dragons worn down by the flight and chill. So adaptions were eventually made for a small but functional motel, of sorts.

- There's a no-conflict rule within the Sanctuary grounds: no grudges against others (ex: flights, breeds, beliefs) are to be acted upon, under threat of immediate expulsion from the territory.
