. The day Switchback saved his first life was also the day he lost his precious mentor and only friend. Since then, he's sworn to use his medical skills to help anyone in need, no matter who they are or how undeserving of life they might be. His journey has carried him to Metroplex, where he operates a slightly shady clinic that caters to the destitute, to the downtrodden and forgotten, to those who abandoned their factions and now have nowhere else to go. And, for some reason, to several notable back-alley racers. Switchback is an M.T.O - born from war and built for war, his first memory is of being dropped into a red-hot battlefield. The first thing he felt was ice-cold fear, and he had been online for less than an hour when he killed his first Autobot. This still haunts him, as do so many other things. He tries not to think about it all. They told him that, on average, he would live for less than 3 minutes. They didn't tell him he would spend 4 million years struggling to cope with the weight of all he'd seen and all he'd done. He became a medic in an attempt to distract himself, to atone for what he'd done, but he can't seem to wash the blood off his borrowed hands.
