Kota the dragon is a triple rust, the second dragon to memorialize Kota the horse. He was clown and eyespot with crackle but decided to change to bar and daub when Emberglo offered him the options. Kota considers himself a GingerSnap - one of the Shadow cookies.
99773.png?mtime=U3kDqAAANRM.png Kota runs a tavern on the lands of Emberglo, near one of the heavily traveled trails through The Tangled Woods. He inherited it from a friend of his, a male Tundra so old that he couldn't remember his own name. Everyone just called him 'Rusty'; the sign on the tavern is very old and barely legible but it might say: The Rusty Tundra.

Kota (Heatherglens Lakota Treasure) came to us at 4 months old and was just over four years when he was killed by a rattlesnake. He was with us for too short a time. A very sweet stallion, he always wanted his nose kissed and would wait until I kissed him before eating - NOT standard operating procedure in the horse feeding world! He was a beautiful red appaloosa Miniature Horse. I still miss him. This dragon is a memorial to him. Rest in Peace, lovely boy.

YellowLynx (2083034) is named after a miniature palomino appaloosa horse that Emberglo and her spouse Fireweasel had, who died January 1st, 2014. She presented them with their first foal - a filly named Midnight Milkyway who is called Snickers. (Rest in peace, lovely lady. We miss you.)
