Patroller
You'd think patrolling the clan boundaries would be a job for the border guard, but, unfortunately, that is rarely the case. The only one who actually ever paroled the clan boundaries were Blitz and, occasionally, Gregor. Tired of being the only one to actually give a crap about whether or not dragons were winding up in their territory, he decided to find someone else to care. Evangeline was sent to the clan as a sign of good nature between the Clan of Whispering Willows and a neighboring clan. Blitz saw an opportunity, and took it. As soon as she was old enough, Blitz told her to patrol the border of the clan lands. According to witnesses, she shrugged and just went ahead and did it- she didn't seem to care either way. As Blitz no longer patrols, Evangeline is now the one who usually finds lost travelers, and she is often the first to strike up conversation with those she meets, and often offers them a room to stay until they move on if they don't have the money to afford a room at The Inn. She can often be seen returning to the clan after a long day with hoards of dragons hiding under her outstretched wings.
