Many assume that given his adornments Hajari is a warrior. In reality his garments are more for show, given that he is a healer. Gentle souled and quite often the voice of reason, he ensures that no one in the clan is down for long. Given his longstanding relationships with many of those in the city, it stands to reason that he works well under pressure and is gifted with a profound amount of patience- often needed when dealing with the particular dragons who comprise the clan.

One of few siblings, Hajari lost his ailing kin while he was young and decided to seek his fortunes elsewhere from the warm ruins that his nest was built in, venturing instead to the windy plains to the west. He wandered for many years, picking up small tips and tricks and eventually honing his skill in healing whilst travelling north through the lush forests, then west to the lands of those who preferred the earth to the sky, and finally through the strange isles full of arcanic magyk and knowledge before making it to the plains.
By then he had grown well into his maturity, cloaking himself in such a manner that would deter potential predators from attacking him, and had found a sort of contentment in simply wandering day by day, offering his services to those who would need it. It was during this time that he met his future life-mate Seaghdha, who, at the time, was not the drake that he would come to know and cherish. No, the drake he encountered was haunted by some unspeakable thing that he dared not ask for immediately. Instead, he joined the other in his wanderings, and over time they came to know one another intimately. Hajari could not help but thing of a word from his own native homeland- Seaghdha- admirable. Watching the proud drake he travelled with, hearing his tale, Hajari knew that it was a fitting name for the former king. For years, they travelled together, mastering the lopsided balloon-like structures in the windy plains, exploring the world together until they finally decided to settle in the underground city in the waters of the sea-lake. The city was still young, but it was clear that it would be a good fit for them, for now. |
