A nomadic artist on a quest for inspiration, Allato wandered over from the Windswept Plateau one day. No one expected that the Coatl would end up setting up shop in Lamprey territory permanently, but a few days after Allato had taken up residence in the area, they announced that they had "discovered a goldmine of creative energy" and that they would stay in the Sunbeam Ruins for as long as it took to exhaust it.

Allato spends the majority of their time using a diverse selection of woods, cloths, and paints to create riotously colored abstract sculptures which line their disaster zone of a den. Whole sections of tunnel near their room are covered in bizarre eyeburning designs drawn in enchanted glowing paint, baffling newcomers and irritating several of Allato's neighbors, who would really rather see something a little milder on the way to the mess hall, thank you very much. When asked what motivates their art, they say that since they were born in subdued colors unbefitting of a Coatl dragon, they want to show the world the colors they have in their heart to make up for it.
