Brook Senior Royal Guard Talon's Peak When she was young, Brook was sent away. Wandering alone, she managed to find a mysterious island that welcomed her for her tenacity and wit, as well as her survival skills. She took to Olik's teachings of being a warrior like a fish in water. She's grown milder with age, but still possesses a sharp tongue and a deep fondness for the grumpy elder. If Olik causes trouble, she's often tasked with easing his temper. She's very proud of her warrior status, and often takes time watching over her clan. She can hunt and fish, and is known to bring Olik food weekly as a show of respect. Her lapis wing loops were a gift from him, and she treasures them immensely. She has a small personal hoard of bottles and containers. Over time, Brook's training as a warrior drew her closer to June. They trained and fought together constantly, to the point where they could share war stories and talk about each other's scars. Despite their separate natures, they have learned solve problems together and survive against all odds. They are an inseparable couple who laugh about their differences. While June is estranged from Olik, Brook is still very much in good spirits with him. She visits him often, and they're known to have friendly wrestling matches to expend energy when nothing is going on. And for all of his faults, she will still defend him for his tenacity and might. As a senior warrior, Brook focuses on speed and offense, so exalters can hit as hard and as fast as possible in each brief battle. She's not squeamish about the fact that they will be knocked out every time, and likes to think of it as toughening them up. However, this doesn't mean she doesn't care.. she simply believes that the experience will prepare them for service and the battles to come. Her sharp tongue just makes it seem like she's meaner than she is. Became level 25 on the 19th of December, 2016. |
